Power & Calm: Midday Reset (10 Minutes)

Focus: A quick routine to reset your energy levels and boost focus.

  1. Neck Rolls (1 minute)
    • Gently roll your neck in circles to release tension.
  2. Seated Leg Extensions (2 sets of 12 reps per leg)
    • Sit with legs extended and slowly raise each leg up and down to engage your quads.
  3. Glute Bridges (2 sets of 10 reps)
    • Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes at the top to engage your core and legs.
  4. Modified Push-Ups (2 sets of 8-10 reps)
    • Perform push-ups on your knees, lowering yourself to the ground and pressing back up.
  5. Breathing Exercise – Deep Belly Breathing (2 minutes)
    • Inhale deeply into your belly, then exhale fully. Focus on the rise and fall of your belly.
  6. Cool Down: Child’s Pose (2 minutes)
    • Sit back into Child's Pose, stretching your back and releasing any tension.
