Power & Calm: Midday Reset (10 Minutes)

Focus: A quick routine to reset your energy levels and boost focus.
- Neck Rolls (1 minute)
- Gently roll your neck in circles to release tension.
- Seated Leg Extensions (2 sets of 12 reps per leg)
- Sit with legs extended and slowly raise each leg up and down to engage your quads.
- Glute Bridges (2 sets of 10 reps)
- Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes at the top to engage your core and legs.
- Modified Push-Ups (2 sets of 8-10 reps)
- Perform push-ups on your knees, lowering yourself to the ground and pressing back up.
- Breathing Exercise – Deep Belly Breathing (2 minutes)
- Inhale deeply into your belly, then exhale fully. Focus on the rise and fall of your belly.
- Cool Down: Child’s Pose (2 minutes)
- Sit back into Child's Pose, stretching your back and releasing any tension.
