Mango Lime Sorbet

Ingredients:
- 6 cups (24 oz.) frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 cup honey or light maple syrup (as a substitute for agave)
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add the frozen mango chunks to a food processor and pulse until the pieces are finely broken up. Scrape down the sides as needed for even processing.
- Pour in the honey (or syrup) and lime juice. Continue blending for 2-3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides, until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- For a soft-serve consistency, enjoy immediately. For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Cover tightly and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones, and garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
