Honey Mustard Chicken Cobb

Ingredients:
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 roasted chicken thigh, diced
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
- 2 tablespoons honey-mustard vinaigrette
Instructions:
- In a large salad bowl or container, layer the chopped lettuce, diced chicken, celery, carrot, and hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Drizzle the honey-mustard vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the dressing coats all ingredients evenly.
