Honey Mustard Chicken Cobb

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 roasted chicken thigh, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons honey-mustard vinaigrette

Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl or container, layer the chopped lettuce, diced chicken, celery, carrot, and hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese on top.
  2. Drizzle the honey-mustard vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the dressing coats all ingredients evenly.
