Chocolate Protein Tortilla Bites

Ingredients
- For the Dip:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- For the Tortilla Chips:
- 2 low-carb tortillas (4 net grams each)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Slice each tortilla into 8 triangles for a total of 16 pieces.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tortilla triangles and fry until golden brown and crispy, flipping occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove the fried tortillas from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and stevia to taste while they are still warm.
- Arrange the crispy tortilla chips on a plate and serve with the chocolate protein yogurt dip on the side.
