Chicken Salad with a Sweet Twist

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup chopped celery
- ⅓ cup lemon-herb aioli or lemon-herb mayo
- ¼ cup dried cranberries (craisins)
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped chicken, celery, and dried cranberries.
- Gently fold in the lemon-herb aioli, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately (with whole grain crackers or bread) or chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
